Is the payment system secure?

No matter which method of payment selected, it is secure thanks to the online payment system provided by our partner Paypal. With Paypal your bank details are not shared, it will be encrypted, which means they'll be coded in such a way that they are totally illegible on the Internet. Is GST included in the price?

Yes, all the prices are in Australian Dollar including GST.

What are the different delivery options?

We offer two delivery options:

Australian Post: standard delivery time, FREE Australia wide
Express Post: “express” delivery (1-2 business days) at a flat rate of $ 10 Australia wide

How long before my order is shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped on the same or next working day. (excluding weekends, publics holidays and exceptional closure)
